An update of Cydia that brings Cydia to version 1.1.3. As no official Cydia 1.1.3 changelog was released to the public we can only share small tid-bits of information floating around the internet about the update. Such as in this Cydia 1.1.3 update you can expect some bug fixes, security improvements and also general improvements to the overall responsiveness (stability) of Cydia. One major thing we can conclude, however, is that Cydia was updated to version 1.1.3 to provide support for the Corona 5.0.1 Untether Jailbreak.
If you have not updated to Cydia 1.1.3 already you will need to simply go into the Changes tab andrefresh your sources. Once you do this you will notice an essential upgrade notification will popup where you can update Cydia to version 1.1.3.

Unfortunately, there isn’t much you can do. The only solution is to wait for things to calm down. I suspect that in a day or two, most jailbreakers will have already installed the untether, and things will start going back to normal.
So be patient! In the meantime, you may want to try using Cydia late at night when there is less online activity.
